– National Institute of Technology, Akita College provides dormitory rooms
for international students. Normally, all international students are allowed
to stay in the dormitory.

 

– The dormitory consists of a main building, 3 buildings for men, and 1 building
for women.

 

– Approximately 100 students are living in the dormitory. They are generally
from 15 to 22 years old.

 

– Students must follow some regulations;

“NO Smoking, NO Drinking,

NO Go Out after 22:30 etc.”

– The dormitory has a dining hall providing meals.
However, the meals for Muslim students or vegetarians are not available.

– For students who have restrictions of meals, the dormitory is equipped with
kitchen-dining facilities for self-cooking.

– Dormitory fee is about 60,000~65,000 yen per month. This amount includes
room rent, meals and utility fees.
